We work directly with someone in your department — usually a resident or program coordinator — to select products and decide how they'll be customized with your logo and branding. Together we set an order window (typically 2 weeks) and get everything ready before it opens.

Once the store goes live, the link is sent to your department. Everyone can browse and place their individual order anytime during the window — no chasing people down, no collecting money. We handle it all.

When the window closes, we deactivate the store and place a bulk order with our apparel suppliers. Once everything arrives at our shop, we schedule a production run to decorate and embroider your entire department's orders together.

After production is complete, we ship each individual order directly according to the shipping selection made at checkout. Sit back — you're done.
